Established with the aim of bringing as many aspects of the entertainment industry as possible together under the same roof, STAZIONE BIRRA commenced with an in-depth analysis of the various elements of the multifaceted leisure time sector before deciding that the establishment of an independent brewery and high quality live music venue was the best way of harnessing the main socializing elements of the entertainment sector. STAZIONE BIRRA consequently started with an intensive study of brewery management and production techniques, with its founding members attending courses in large and small breweries both in Italy and abroad. STAZIONE BIRRA’s decision to establish its own independent brewery is now reaping the benefits of the investment in time and effort with the expansion of sales to new locations other than the STAZIONE BIRRA venue next on the agenda. Convinced of the feasibility of the brewery project right from the earliest study stage, STAZIONE BIRRA is one of the first Italian breweries to be recognized by the Italian Association of Organic Agriculture for its production of organic beer.
